Meet The Founder

Anthony Lobban is a renowned coach known for his innovative approach to personal development and self-discovery. His journey is deeply rooted in his experiences as an African-American educator and leader in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. Over the years, Anthony has developed a unique coaching methodology that combines elements from ancient spiritual practices, modern science, and personal empowerment techniques. His philosophy is grounded in the belief that everyone has the potential to flourish in any environment, and he is dedicated to helping his clients unlock this potential. That  philosophy that is the foundation for Conscious Training.

At the heart of our coaching methodology is ACTUP (Advance Consciousness Training & Understanding Program). This 8-week program is designed to guide individuals through a transformative journey that encompasses various aspects of personal growth, including safety, focus, awareness, gratitude, joy, and compassion. The program starts with a series of impactful learning and meditations that not only foster a deeper connection to oneself but also encourage participants to explore the science and ancient wisdom behind these practices. In the final week, participants experience a 1-1 breakout coaching session. 

Core Techniques

  • Cultivating Awareness, Focus, and Calm
    Through evidence-based meditation practices, Conscious Training teaches clients how to develop a deeper awareness of their thoughts and feelings, leading to expanding awareness, greater focus and internal calm.
  • Disrupting Negative Thought Patterns
    By introducing techniques that disrupt negative thinking, clients learn to reframe unhelpful perceptions and replace them with more constructive thoughts.
  • Creating Positive Emotional States
    We  guide clients in cultivating emotions like gratitude and joy, which are essential for manifesting desired outcomes in life.
  • Aligning Thoughts, Feelings, and Values with Goals
     Conscious Training emphasizes the importance of alignment between one's internal state and their external goals, ensuring that clients are moving towards what they truly desire.
  • Identifying and Challenging Limiting Beliefs
    Utilizing Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Anthony helps clients uncover and challenge beliefs that may be hindering their progress. This involves questioning assumptions and exploring alternative perspectives.
  • Creating Movement Toward Desired Outcomes
    Finally, Anthony assists clients in formulating actionable steps that lead to tangible results, reinforcing their commitment to personal growth and achievement.
